Why reinvent the wheel here Annette? Most costs that I've seen in other posts seem correct. I'll just go with those.

This is my thought, In real estate what we can control eliminates many surprises that can hurt, delay or kill the sale later on. When someone puposely skips these 18 plus steps, it can be costly in time, money and stress.

I can not attest to the "accuracy" of the list as neither I or any one I know has ever had any activity involving iBuying.

Sellers choice! Less hassle less money, or more hassle more money! Take your pick

The iBuyer is less than 1% of our market...so not worth our time. I'm more concerned about FSBOs than iBuyers and ...oh yeah...I'm not worried about FSBOs.

I have to say that I pay attention to what I do and not concern myself with what others do.

Selling at a discount is always available.

I suppose that's a good list if you're willing to pay the premium to avoid those "headaches." And inspections are not avoided with an iBuyer... they inspect and they charge for all the repairs as part of the seller's cost.

I cannot relate because I have no experience with iBuying.  

Good observations, however.  

At my client's request, I attended a meeting he had with his attorney. Without getting into the details, at the end of the meeting my client said: 
"Any attorney who has their self as a client has a fool for a client."

Reminds me of FSBO's and iBuyers.
