If I am sitting and waiting I will be on my phone checking to see if I have any  messages, checking social media and making good use of every moment.  Actually I like these "forced" sit down waiting moments for just catching up in a relaxed atmosphered.

It depends. I usually check emails, people watch and catch up on Instagram. I generally don't have to wait long. Most of my appointments I practically walk right in. I must say, the doctors around here have gotten better at scheduling.
