They seem to be out and actively looking for agents to get on board. Some trains deserve missing.   A bit more detective work may be helpful if you are interested in knowing.

Here's how I always approach these kinds of solicitations - find out where their advertising is. Then call a few agents who have advertised with them. Ask them if they've ever gotten business from being associated with whatever the company du jour is. I did this repeatedly when something sounded good and never once had anyone ever gotten business from it. Which is why particular zip codes are now available. LOL

Which leads me to point out what you may not be reading between the lines in these answers. RUN, FORREST, RUN. RARELY do these types of lead generation businesses work . . . if ever. 98% of the people on this site would tell you to stear clear. Best of luck!

No thoughts of it whatsoever but, boy, they are hitting a lot of agents up right now. My question would be, "Why is this exclusive territory available if your leads are so good?"

It is a second time I see the question about them in this section, till now I never even heard of them. 

I thought that they sounded tempting, then I read a very negative blog post about them here on AR a while ago and decided to not explore what they had to offer.

This question was asked yesterday. It doesn't pay to buy leads... period! Get out and make a name for yourself in the community.

I have heard of Zurple but do not use it. I really don't know enough about it to comment.

It does not hurt to keep them in mind.  My questions would be>>>

What services are you asking them to provide?  Are they additive to something you already have?  

How does it fit into your overall marketing strategy and budget?

Are you going to pay for it or is your brokerage?

What is your overall byusiness plan and strategy.  If you are reaching for that golden ring, thinking it is the magice one.  Pass.  It ain't there.

This is true about ALL the companies wanting to seperate an agent from their money. The truth is, it works for those who are willing to ride the horse.

Too often, leand gen companies, become the 8th concurrent business generation tool the agent is using...and none of them are working as advertised.

If you like Zurple, then ride that horse. But be aware, there is a limit regarding how many horses you can ride at the same time.

Have no experience with them, sorry.
