I got it pretty good where I am. It's town & country. We have the lake & a beautiful town beach. Lots of land to go exploring. Beautiful greenways to walk. Everything we need is a 5 minute drive. The schools are highly rated. The town pours multi-millions into improvements. The people are nice. I'm only about an hour and change from NYC.

If I ever wanted to quadruple my mortgage I could live in the city or right by the beach but I don't want to do that.

Andrew Mooers | 207.532.6573  as you check out Open House events in the city, don't compare them to the wide open space of Norther Maine...Aroostok County..... that little patch of land is rare to find...usually, living areas almost abut the sidewalks... I'm not a city person.... I like my own land but I want to see neighbors.... no 10 arce parcels for one house.... that would be a subdivision here....
