Life and real estate are about chnages.  Some are meaningful.  Others " not so much"and eventually seem to turn up at the clearance bin.

Of course we can.

However, the effort to do so eclipses any suggestion of reward.

Question is too cosmic....focus a bit more.  Place special focus on your first three words.

If you are looking for a house that site will follow you around to make you get sick of staring that realtor face. That is User Experience. I click remove. It comes back. Go away.

If you've been in the business for any length of time, you'd know there is a lot of artificial intelligence in the real estate industry.

Like all industries, ever changing technology is continually changing how we do business. Will it replace the agent? - no it won't. Does and will technology change how we access data, distribute data and the daily tools we use to manage our databases, housing inventory (MLS software), interact with clients, and from what location we can work? Sure all of that kind of stuff is changing on a regular basis and will continue to change with advancements in tech.

UX is nothibg new, it's just a new name for the concept, perhaps. It's been used along with UI in the real estate industry for a long time. Maybe the larger, more tech-oriented companies are finding more effective ways of integrating the two for better outcomes for both the consumers and the businesses involved.

I do not believe it is a game-changer. Where there are people we will always find artificial intelligence ... and real estate for dummies books, and Utah students, the list goes on and on.
