I can't even load it to see it, but I'm assuming it's just not a topic people are searching for or (like me) we get pretty much the entire article from the subject line and there's no point in opening it.  Maybe republish with a teaser/clickbait title like "What's the most important thing a Realtor can do?"

It's in your first 50 posts, so my bet is at that time you didn't have many followers. 
It's also back in the era when ActiveRain had frequent down time.  You may have posted just before the curtains slammed shut for a few hours.
Additionally, it's not something a consumer would search for, and that's key to getting old posts looked at.  Rainers here are not going to dip back into the archives unless it's something very specific they're looking for (e.g. how to edit their blog signature, etc.)
So while it may be a key to your success, as a blog post it had an uphill climb to make.

Perhaps you should rewrite it some, alter the title a bit, and post again. It may just not be something that alot of agents are searching for or necessarily want to read despite being a good topic. See what Ryan Huggins - Thousand Oaks, CA has to say.

ActiveRain has a habit at times of having "keys" turn up "missing".  As long as it is successful for you, that's good.  Right?  

Maybe you should post it again.

I am not sure whether you are moaning the number of hits or trying to boost the number of hits. Any event, did not work for me since I did not take the bait.

Just like the evening news, people tune in for the bad stuff & that's what they continue to broadcast. How many times have you heard someone say, if they only reported on something positive- but that's not what they are pushing, or what is being consumed.

I'm sure it's a good article, if I could read it I would. I believe in mutual respect. Give it, get it, got it? good. 

Tony Lewis I've been surprised by a few of my own as well. Some that I wrote in haste have been my biggest and some well thought out (hoping for a feature) didn't get 10 views much less the 100 you are talking about.

Well, I tried like the Dickens to find that post but, can't find it! It is odd that a helpful peer-to-peer post didn't get a lot of visitors, Tony!

I will say that a lot of my first posts didn't get a lot of visitors, nor comments!

I wouldn't worry too much about it

People are drawn to catchy titles. Although the topic is one of the most important, you have to draw them in, then hit them with your message

It is an important virtue.

As others have stated, the post will not load, so that certainly has something to do with the low totals.

When you get it working, share it often via the social share options at the top of the post. The goal should be to get consumers looking at our content, not other agents (which is often the case with low performing articles here in the Rain).
