Oh Lord, no.  Just No.  

I deplore the concept of a pop by.  

If I were not a real estate agent and my agent popped by that would be the end of my relationship with the agent and I would tell them so right to their face as I invited them to never return to my home again.  

Now, ask me how I really feel about a "pop by".

Hmmmm, I don't do "Pop-bys" ... I don't like receiving them and I would never want to intrude ... IMHO

For Halloween people pop by my house. I don't do the popping. In general, I hate anyone popping by my house unannounced and I don't do it to anyone else.

I host a fall party for clients so, I don't do pop-bys for the holiday. 

I do have a friend who buys (homemade) pumpkin pies and sends a card out to all of her clients to stop in and pick-up their pies. She sets up a tent in the parking lot so her clients don't have to even get out of their cars.

Halloween, while it is still celebrated is not conducive for "pop-bys" as it once was. This could be more of a negative than a benefit in my opinion.
