Life is an education where learning,  adventure and discovery is part of each day.

I don't think that anyone has ever doubted my in-depth knowledge and understanding of my business... and you don't really have to make a huge investment of money to do so. Time, yes.

Yes of course I know our business after all these years and cycles of business. Learning and being curious is a life long adventure.....to enjoy!

I reinvest 10% of my income annually into myself. I'm never the same agent today as I was last yer, I'm much more educated and experienced. Too many agents repeat year one, 20 times. I can honestly say I have had 20 very individual years of growth. I couldn't imagine doing business in 2020 like I did it in 1999.

Regardless of what business anyone is in, things are in a constant state of change and progression, so it's wise to keep current.  That can be done in a variety of ways, usually involving an investment of time or money or both.

I don't just understand my business, I overstand my business. Yes, after 15 years in the business I understand more than I even wish I did. Am I open to learning new things? Of course. Technology changes & you need to be on top of that. The places to best market your business & listings change. For some reason they think I need to take a refresher every 2 years (Continuing Education) so I sit through that. If you aren't evolving you are dead. 

after 41 years, if I don't understand what I do (did) for a living, there's no hope for me.... 

I think I really understand my business but also have always invested time and money to grow. Things don't ever stay the same, business is much different than when I started many years ago.  Some things stay the same, just the way to go about it is different.

Very few of us here are that new. We've been working on our businesses for decades. That's why they call us experts! LOL

I do understand it...but sometimes it is not a good thing knowing so much when others don't.

I spent much time and money getting educated, and it has paid off.  I still learn something every day.

Although I changed principal occupations last November I'm always up for learning more and to being the best I can be Peter Mohylsky 

I do understand my business, however there are always aspects (such as SEO) that are regularly evolving.

Add to this decent question...are you open & available to change

I make investments in learning all the time, but I am much more careful about my "investments in learning" than I was 27 years ago.

Keeping up with the changes requires a commitment of time and money!

There's ALWAYS something more to learn and I'm interested in investing my time & money to become even better... ;)

I am constantly investing in more knowledge and implementing more and more into our growing business.

Oh, you bet I understand it! And, if I have questions, I ask. I'm also a big believer in continued education and am frequently taking classes to better myself and remain at the top of my game.

That's the very LEAST I can do for my clients who put their trust in me to manage their priciest asset!

Knowledge is the key to be successful in business or job. I always learn something new. Recently started taking extra class to get certification. 

You learn new things every day in this business.

I know my business. I invest time and money to know it.  I learn every single day and I love it.  

We are always willing to invest more time and money, but the proof of a tangible ROI must be established prior to our investment

My business is always evolving, learning new things, changing when needed and using what works and not using what does not

I do understand this business, but it changes, so taking classes all the time is necessary.

Those who do not seek to move ahead...learning...getting better...seeking new opportunities...are destined to fall behind.

I keep learning and that also why I have a coach.

Always there is something new.

Of course not!!!!
That is what is so great about real estate, I don't have to be like you, know the same things you know or even to do it your way.

That does not make be less of a real estate professional.

But your question must really be accompanied by what real estate professionals, anyone for that matter, for what  are they willing to PAY.

Better, Newer, Faster, Cheaper, Easier.  Learning something NEW is not on that list.
