Well, given you buy down the rate, I suppose as low as their willing to pay for, but 3% VA was the lowest I've seen.

Right now our State Bonded Loan Program  (CHFA) for first time buyers has the lowest rates here in CT.  3% on their FHA backed loan, and 3.25% on their Conventional loan program.  (see chart below)

We currently have two very low rates with Oregon Bond through the state.  The rates are 2.75% and 4%.  There are different opportunities for each loan.  This is VERY unusual and have not seen this interest rate before this low!

Rates from lenders have been all over the place in recent days, but I’m seeing 3.375% here, which is the lowest rate around. Would love to know who is at 3.125% tough.
