I meditate every morning for one hour. Awareness is the key to my happiness.  Giving a crap about what others think of me ... not on my radar. I surrendered and gave all of that up. That is freedom. 

I care about who I am being each and every day - the things I do to make a difference.

Yes - all external barriers are fairly easy to deal with. They can have some degree of challenge but they are known and there's always away to deal with them when one decides to. The really tough ones are internal and often "hidden". Discovering and confronting and conquering one's "demons" for lack of a better word - has nothing to do with touchy feely it's often the most difficult challenge one will  ever deal with and thus often brings the largest rewards - at any age.

I am not sure if I would identify them as courses, classes,  seminars or something else but I have taken some over the years. Some valuable lessons learned and insights gained. Immediately,  delayed and hopefully still-to-come.

Not into the self awareness classes. I know who I am, and what I stand for. Yes, I’ve taken some classes early in my career, but found out that I had the answers all along.

Yes I have.  I went to the Landmark Forum way back in the day.  Was fun to watch "The Americans" on Amazon and see them going to EST meetings... and to research that and find out they became Landmark.

 

Interesting 2 day seminar and some of what they've taught has stuck with me and gets referenced every so often.

I am a Work In Process ... I've taken some courses in the past ... can't say they majorly changed me.  Living Life is a course in self-awareness and it is up to each of us how we respond to our circumstances ... it's all about attitude and gratefulness and submission.  IMHO  I choose this day to (fill in the blanks)

Yes but also parts were in included in coaching. It is really a hard thing to do. Not sure though that input from others is 100% honest though.

Yes, both personally and professionally. Richie, you do come across as self-aware in AR.  The irony is....

it's those with some existing self-awareness who are taking these courses and programs!!  According to MBTi Assessment, some people have the temperament inclined to be "seekers" who want to know about self, or life, or purpose.  While others don't see the need.  

Does it come down to one's chemical constitution to determine who is motivated to grow in awareness and who is not? :))
