Nope, guess I have lucked out so far.  But I sure get plenty of other similar types of spam - a bunch of stuff recently from Apple and FedEx. And the Social Security Admin has called 5 time to let me know my  SS# has been suspended for suspicious activity.

I've gotten it a few times.  They'll send you 6 or so of them.  Good old t-online.de is the sender.  It's obviously a scam, as you stated.  These putzs also send out bank account suspension emails and such.
