100%

100% here with my business....

I am 100% and I do virtually all of it myself... and I am not stressed. Do it right or don't do it at all... why would aiming to be 100% for one's clients be considered a stressful situation? Not sure what fluidity has to do with this. When we are fiduciaries and working with clients' money that adds up to hundreds of thousands of dollars, there is no room for good enough. That  would be stressful... wondering if you missed something and if you really were good enough. Just good enough is mediocrity and won't help grow a business.

Definitely the former for us

I was 100%.  I never really cared to grow my business beyond what I could do myself. That said, it was necessary to expand when I opened my office to accommodate my growing property management portfolio, which was discouraged by other offices.  Turns out with the downturn of 2007, PM was a Godsend and those offices who turned it down were on my doorstep trying to recruit me.  You have to be fluid enough to protect your business but not so fluid you lose control of how big it gets.

I am neither one of the two box choices provided. 

My hands are large, but not nearly large enough for all of my business, I need to rely on others to do most of the hands on type work.  I work on the vision, coaching and planning, others get it done.

Am in charge of all aspects of my business and 100% enjoy the work.

I am 100%, I'm always seeking ways to better my business & I am hands-on. It can be stressful but yet oh so rewarding.

Do what needs to be done. 100% is not always possible.

Finding the flow of anything makes one's journey lighter

95% is my first response.   am open to improvement if it makes sense.
