You may find agents who know of this, but "Top" agents probably do not need something like this so they will likely not know of it.

Sorry, I have not heard of them.  Providing referrals is better than leads, so long as there is no monthly fee involved.  Referrals only pay on closed deals, so the onus is on sold.com to send high quality and ready to buy/sell referrals.
