Many good programs out there, unfortunately single agents always get to pay more.  We do have great tech here, one of the benefits of being with a huge company.

May want to check out something like Brivity, or settle for a lesser crm and just budget in more admin time to input the information that you need.

I wish you all the best with this.  I am sure you will get many great ideas. I do not do ads. I am an organic gal and my leads come from my website.

My personal view is to keep a separate CRM.  There are some good real estate focused ones like Hubspot and Bitrix which have a free level that should be good for most of your needs.  I believe that Hubspot also works with Zapier, which you will need to automatically feed your Facebook leads into your CRM and then automate that first point of contact to them.

Let Dana Do It!

Good morning, all!

My question on whether to blend a CRM and website was a good idea (full discloure...my initial query was not well worded and hence perhaps a tad confusing?) gave me a LOT of good information.

After a lot of work investigating, pros and cons, pricing, I have decided to go with a separate CRM and website.

In today's world of technological advances, it makes sense to ensure that my FaceBook business page ads results in leads being frowarded directly to my website...which then forwards those leads and contact info into my CRM....which then texts me a notification of incoming lead. My CRM generates an autoresponse letting the person/lead know I "heard them" and will be in contact SOON!

And that gives me real world time to reach out to that lead.

At the end of the day, it comes down to the type and the quality of the relationship that is established during the initial (and future) interactions. The quality of those becomes the source of trust and future referrals.

After all, I never forget that at the end of the day  we are all human beings working together to make dreams come true.

Sounds to me as if you are seeking approval to us ProAgent.

Sounds good to me.

However, you may be building on traditional strategies in an rapidly evolving business environment.

Don't use 'limited budget' as the reason to deny the facts you see. You are right in realizing FB ads is the ONLY marketing an agent needs to do. All eggs in one basket is never agood idea. Now ask Pro-Agent if they are capable of 'inbound' marketing. If they talk about email, they are TRADITIONAL and may not get you where you must go in a few years.

Always keep you CRM separate from everything else and keep a weekly CSV file of the entire CRM database for your protection.

Maybe you should try the ads first and see if they generate so much activity that you need to connect it to a system. Most likely, you will be able to handle the leads yourself.
