I worked in corporate banking for 13 years. I was crawling out of my skin behind those 4 walls. I'm the anti-corporate type. A renegade of sorts. 

You can call it hand-crafted or built from the ground up but the facts remain the same- nobody & I mean nobody (atleast around here) does what I do with the same success I have doing it. In fact, most agents run for the hills when you say short sale. Not a CDPE, my track record's built on real experience.

By the way, I have been with four major national franchises in the past 20 years and have never followed any template nor have I ever been given a template and/or been asked to follow it. The only place where a brokerage tried to push me into a "template" was a local, regional company. I reminded them what the term "independent contractor" meant and they went in search of easier prey.

Being that I'm not in a corp/franchise and not required to have all my colours a certain hue of red and blue... yes.  My business is hand crafted and catered to the client.

I certainly hope that I am crafting my service to meet the clients specific needs. I always sit down and interview them, regardless of whether it is buyer or seller. I want to know what is motivating them.

I don't always agree with their choices, but I will do what I can to meet their needs. It is not about me, it is about them.

Funny you ask because we had an event yesterday that asked the same thing... My answer is simply "yes" although I need to get better at more consistently using my systems so that the consistency of being the best version of myself is maximized.
