When I was an active Broker I did not even put my name on anything, I wanted to help my agents out so if anyone called they would work with which ever agent answered the phone Will Hamm . When I was working on my own behalf I did use my picture when possible.

Not everything.  Just on social media profiles and maybe the company website.  I feel that the client is only concerned about getting what they want: a house, apartment, a home or investment.  What I look like is a lot less important than how I treat them initially (and throughout the process) and what they end up spending their money and time on.  If they want to see what I look like, they can search for my photo and find it.
