I have a week at a glance planner still! Always have always will. Stuff goes into my phone calendar as well. It also tells me the astrological aspects so if it looks like a cluster, I'm going to schedule around it. LOL

Sometimes I use all of the above, and sometimes I use none of the above. In all seriousness, for appointments I use my digital calendars (yes, that is plural). For most else, I am still a pen and paper gal. I am really trying to use Evernote because I like the search capability. Don't get me started on a CRM. I finally broke down and purchased Wise Agent, and I do intend to use it. I will do a product review once I get going. A lot of the time I am in sticky note hell. We used to have a high school teacher who put his sticky notes on his tie, and we laughed at him. It is not so funny anymore.....

Just the online calendar.  Never was one for a day planner.  By the time I got out of school, they were going out of fashion and being replaced with online calendars.  A few years later, we got our calendars on our phones.

I'm fully organized.... I use my laptop for everything....and I have a backup laptop with all the same information on it... One is being serviced tomorrow but I have one with a new windows 10 program and new hard drive... rolling smoothly.... and my routine is in my head... I know exactly how each day will run...

I know when the new listings will go live... they picked up another today for next week.... we have offers coming in on two properties.... one offer out on another one... and new listing presentations scheduled this week.... that's for two agents and they're always busy... my last mailing just landed and has had one call already....

Hi Paul,
i put my appointments in my phone but I also send myself "delayed text" messages to go to give me adequate lead time to get where I am supposed to be.  I also write things on a calendar.  We can't rely completely on digital. They crash at the most inconvenient times.

Digital - it's all my phone/computer. If there's a technology outage, after the current week (which I review regularly), I'd be in big trouble in terms of remembering where I'm supposed to be.

I love this question:) actually in my Free Facebook group about delegating tasks, I am doing a series of FB lives about how to do your projects, whether to time block or not and when, how to organize tasks, how to do a time log, and more.

I just discovered bullet journaling for planners. I am addicted!

I have always kept a paper journal. I always write down ALL my goals and plans on paper.

There is a ton of scientific evidence about how important it is to write down your goals and affirmations on paper with a pen.

I use my iCal for appointments that my VA sets for me but I always transfer them to my paper planner which is different than regular planners. I have been using for about 3 years, the Passion Planner system, which i love, but now with bullet journal planners, I am going to switch over. That way my journaling, my to do lists, and my appointments, and my calendars can all be in one place for my children, their children, my great grandchildren - for my posterity. They will inherit all of my paper journals.

We just went to the funeral of a dear friend. He raised 6 children and he always kept a paper form journal. His grown children read entries from his journals at his services. It was a testiment to me how important journaling is for your family when you leave this earth and go to the other side.

The most amazing part of it all, with the bullet journaling, is that all the youtube video tutorials I have watched were by female college students and young mothers, young women, and professional young women. I was so happy to see that this new generation z is back to paper and pen, and being creative with pen and paper, water colors, and other medium for journaling.

There is something so peaceful to read my scriptures, write and journal and do art in my scriptures, followed by writing in my bullet journal ( planner) and reviewing my day and scheduling tomorrow... doing things like art and really taking thought into the actions to take, creates an amazing peace around me. I sleep better at night and get more done.
