The best time to get in is when the learning curve is the steepest and market the most difficult. Agents who started when the list and twist and sell was easiest can tend to take so much for granted and missed important lessons. When things are rolling right off the bat, realize real estate is a market that can swing violently the other way... plan for that and save for that for when you have to "adjust your sales".
