I've tried both, Alexis and am thankful that RE/MAX (at least my franchise) provides DocuSign for us to use. It's more user-friendly and gosh, I hate those DL boxes they put all over the page! LOL

The California Association of REALTORS offers one but DocuSign has pretty good market share in our area it seems and is widely liked by practitioners and clients alike. Many people are 'used'  to it because of its acceptance in other industries.

I have used eSign Ultimate through Forms Simplicity for years and it worked well. We now have AuthentiSign as a free benefit through our MLS but I haven't tried it yet. I like DocuSign but free is good so may go only with AuthentiSign if I like it. Not a fan of DotLoop.

Both excellent programs... I have migrated to dotloop, primarily because that's the one that our company has opted to provide to us for free.

I found Docusign a little more user-friendly, but have found Dotloop to be far more powerful and multi-talented.

I love Dotloop. The problem Docusign is i get at least 1 spoofing/scam email from them everyday, some days many. Therefore i do not use it as you dont know what is real or fake
