While we should all have an understanding of the types of ownership, we should always refer customers/clients to a real estate attorney for any recommendation regarding ownership and what is right for their needs.

Attorney would be first go to if you have money, second maybe escrow officer or lender - it's a legal question so agents generally don't like to tell the client what to do

What is a "real estate form of ownership?" Sounds like something an attorney or finanacial planner would opine on.

That is a very vague question. What does "considered" mean.. in other words who in this question is doing the "considering"? .. by who exactly?... the general public, the eyes of the law... this question could be answered in numerous ways depending on context.

If you are asking who the general public considers to be an expert, I suppose it would take an opinion poll... if you are asking what the "law" considers to be an expert you need to see how it is defined in the statues of the law.

Although you can gain an understanding of types of ownership, it is best to refer clients to a real estate attorney and their CPA to determine the proper form for a given set of circumstances.
