Typically heavy on the sell-side but, the past two years have been heavy on the buy-side. I enjoy the best of both worlds - it helps me represent my sellers better when I hear what buyers have to say as they tour homes; representing sellers, benefits my buyers as well.

Mine was Seller based Peter Mohylsky, Investments being I represented Developers and Builders for the most part.

Am I happy with the results?  I am satisfied knowing the conditions under which agents must work. I am unhappy that so little is being done or even discussed to allow agents to be the agents of change instead of causalities.

Some years I have done nothing but listings other years I have a mix of both. My focus is on listing yet I do work with buyers - past clients, referrals, etc. however I do not seek buyers out. As my market changes that may change as well.

seller based business.....and we are very happy with that position.... I market for listings OFFLINE.... and our shelves are always well stocked....

about 50/50. Started off buyer based. It is now balanced and an equal amount of time is spent on generating both buyer and seller leads.

I have both. I like working with both so yes I am happy.

The cycle between the two fluctuates naturally. Have a lot of listings and the Buyers will be knocking. Buyers occupying the majority of your time then the Sellers will seek you out.  The ebb & flow of real estate!

Peter, I've worked as a buyer-broker for a long time, but for some reason, people came out of the woodwork in 2018 to ask me to list their homes. That has continued into 2019. Now, I'm about 50/50.

Buyer based.

I was both but expanded heavily into Property Management in 2008.  That turned out to be a timely move!

Depends on which year you ask me.

Since all my investors are buyers I could say buyer based but since I also deal directly with builders it could be stated the other way. Regardless for 29 years I have worked for the transaction.

I focus on sellers. But, my stats are nearly 50/50 buyers/sellers. Funny how that works out.

We were focused on sellers.  And we had buyers...the old saying, "list to last has a lot of merit to it.  A

Sellers and landlords, which I prefer.

Last year many more Sellers, this year many more buyers.  Past years it has been fairly even.

I personally tend to work more with sellers, but my firm is very balanced with buyers and sellers.

We pursue both buyers and sellers in an attempt to have a 50/50 balance. We did about 60% sellers last year. Can't complain.
