I would be talking to myself and that might confuse some people.

What is your best ROI and descibe in detail (step-by-step) how you utilize it.

I'm apparently in the top 1% of agents in the greater LA region, so like Richard Weeks said, I'd be talking to myself.

Always good to learn from the best, but my questions would be better suited to a mastermind conversation than this forum

Are you making money for yourself or everybody else?

I do not really follow what anyone else is doing. I spend most of my day doing my own thing.  Some of the top producers in my area have their name as the listing or selling agent but 30 people behind them working. I work a deal with them and never see or hear from them. I may choose a new construction agent to learn more about their upcoming building to keep an eye out for my buyers

What do you do with all your money?

I would not be the least be interested in asking a "top producer" anything. 

Offline & Off the Grid:

How long did it take to achieve the Top Producer status?

Who's you "Juice?"

I've gotten to the point where I'm not all that interested in what anyone has to say... a lot doesn't and can't apply to me. Most times they are not very specific with their answer. And I haven't heard an original answer in a long time.

What was you ur aha moment when you finally “ got it

I would ask:
"What percentage of your Gross Income is Net Income?"

Can I borrow $5.00 ?

Are you prepared for a comfortable retirement?

Here is the problem with that question that is evident here in the rain.

I know the 'top producer' has in their heart that of the teacher/helper. But I also know they are surrounded with agents who insist it be dumded-down otherwise they would be considered pretentious.

Spare me the 'dumbed-down version that so many agents attest is boring.

I believe good, enlightening, beneficial answers come from well crafted, insightful, intelligent questions.

Instead I ask how they see any one of the following influencing real estate:

Punctuated Equilibrium
Open Ledger
Real Estate Democratization, and new to the list,
Independent Contractor Status.

That is right. If the response is the 'deer in the headlights' I'll buy the next round. There's nothing here for me.

Call it pretentious, but I look forward to the enlightened conversation that is more revealing than 'What's your best lead generator?"

 I used to hear an agent from C21 challenging KW, Coldwell from lack of presence on his farm or his office. Then another brokerage posted a big billboard showing it is the otherway around. Last sales meeting was several years ago. Trophies all go to recycling..... 

No one here cares.
