At AR, 4 years ago I asked about buying Zillow leads. Only one rainmaker said he was the only 2 agents in that rural zip code about 10 years ago and got a few closed. They now gave leads to 50 pct agents who are supposed to get paid leads. 

Another agent in the office not long ago bought Mt View, CA paid close to $500 a month got 2 calls for mobile homes. She cancelled the subscription. These are months away from being ready.

Saw the queston, but had nothing to add.  Looked at the product and saw it is part of ProspectsPlus, which I looked at years ago and was unimpressed.  Would be interesting to see the disclaimers and excwptions in their so-called guarantee.
