I have received contact/inquiries where my assumption is that the source is ActiveRain but I don't recall the name actually being used. In fact, I received a phone call this morning about HOA information from an agent who obviously used an Internet source to search the community and found me because of posts I have written in the past.

The first one kind of surprised me about 8 years ago. A gal wanted to sell a townhome and waited for me 5 days to get back in town. She said I was the only one with info online for that community. Since then she's bought and sold 2 more. That was the first but have had others.

Many calls from one post in AR - all were looking for advice their agent failed to give them ... their transaction had closed.  Nothing I could do at that point. 

I've only had one client that I can trace to AR that was not a referral!

Since most of us place our blog on multi-platforms it hard to even trace back from the blog.
