Just heard at an Association retreat some agents are using Facebook to try and sell their listing before putting in MLS as coming soon or as a new listing.

• More new agents (to the tune of 180+ monthly in our association).
• More new listings hitting the market.
• More buyers looking and buying - the market has definitely picked up.

It's only 24 days! What can you possibly compile in that amount of time?

Just a bit premature to answer this question.

This was the busiest first 3 weeks of January in 33 years. It took a blizzard to slow ut down for a couple of days, but yesterday with clear roads and a warm up, the market was on fire again. Usually the January market in NH is so slow you can hear crickets

All of us re-invent how we list, twist, sell (repeat) daily. Heck your plans for the next hour are subject to change if you think on your feet, are flexible when the phone rings, the email or office lobby visitors wants to buy or list to sell right now. It's like an ER double door and triage in the how can I help being a little red hen. Blog about your day without the names involved and pull your readers, sphere into what you do so when they need a real estate professional they know hands down who they are gonna call.

Don't know about new agents. They all look new and too young to me.
More listings? Hmmm, yep.
Creative marketing ideas? Only that is related to lending companies owning real estate companies and offering 'No Closing Costs." Wonder who is paying those closing costs. You got that right!

But what I have experienced is an oppressive silence as we sojourn from house to house. Everyone acts as though traversing a mine field, walking on egg shells. Time to dust of the Jokes for Dummies book to break the ice by an exaggerated, diliberately failed effort at humor.

Business as usual although the telltales won't be visible until March. Then a tighten up may elicit some tweaking for best results.

hasn't been long enough to even analyze one month.... ask again on April 1.... we can evaluate the first quarter.... 

In my market more listings.

Less sleep.  I'm remodeling my master bathroom.  Maybe my kitchen in a month or two.

Been too busy working since the first to analyze any trends.

I thought you were going to ask since the first year of your career.  That would have garnered some discussion... but 24 days?  Hmmm

I haven't noticed any significant changes other than a dramatic spike in buyer activity.  Previously dormant listings are now getting consistent activity AND offers. 

We have thousands of families who have been disrupted by the Trump shutdown. Many business owners are impacted. The lines are long for free meals.

Accomplished a LOT since 1-1-2019 and continue to do more.

We have seen more listings hit the market.

No major changes yet but it hasn't even been a month. In previous years it seems like once we get past the Super Bowl things picked up significantly, will be interesting to see if that holds true this year. 

Inventory up in my area about 12% since January. There seems to be more buyers, too
