Not especially.... social media does not generate leads for me in the total scheme of things... so I post when I have time.

Yes, I track when the post will be seen by the majority of my followers & post then. It varies from one social media platform to the next. Most of my Twitter peeps are involved on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays from 10-10:30am & 2:30-4:30pm. Yet my Facebook peeps are more active in the evening & on Saturday mornings. Friday nghts are the worst amongst these fine folks to post. Of course, local weather also & season also reflect change in these too. If people are storm stayed, they will be more likely be passing time online. On nice Summer days, they are outside enjoying the day & less likely to be online unless they are posting photos to Instagram.

My postings to social media occur when the inspiration strikes me. Mostly, I use it for personal reasons. I only infrequently use it for business.

of course I do.  I check about every two weeks to see what the time the "most" of my followers are on on line and post in that window.  If I don't have that "window" of time available I simply schedule my posts.  (it changes seasonally on my page)
