there is no "most important"....they are all equally important.... it's the LAW....

Most important.  Know them ALL and then ask yourself which is the most important.  Which is your most important finger, or toe, or body part???

There is no one fiduciary duty that is above others. Fiduciary means putting the best interests of your client on the top...above your interests. If you fail to do this in any instance, in any area, you are in violation of your fiduciary duty.

You can't rank them.  They are all important and a legal responsibility.  It's like asking which is more important, blood or oxygen.  If you don't have blood AND oxygen you will die!  And you will die in real estate if you don't abide by ALL of the fiduciary duties.
