Two weeks or so doesn't indicate a year necessarily.  And the definition of strength can vary quite a bit.

This has been one of the strongest Januarys ever in 33 years. The first 2 weeks with 6 new listings myself and already 3 of those sold.

I was seriously worried end of December, as nothing was in my pipeline, but day after Christmas it started, and feeling better.  Still behind the past 3 years, but it is good.

Year in Naples starts mid January til May, then slows down for summer HOT months and picks up again before the holidays starting end of October.  Lots of inventory to select from, Luxury homes, Resort Style Living Gated Communities and much more!
