What Barbara Todaro said. At the end of the day, not for nothing, but we are not here to serve as "researchers" for you. Especially for someone who comes in anonymously. Besides, property maintenance is a very broad topic... how are we supposed to guess what your area of expertise is?

There are many. Start from ground up, then make a list of interior and exterior. Interiors could be furnace filters, duct work, gfi's, caulking, countertop maintenance, hardwood floor care, carpet care, weatherstripping, garage doors, tile and grout cleaning, smoke alarms, etc, etc. Exterior could be gutters, downspouts, drainage, well and septic systems, driveways, leaves, mulch, biological growth, walkways, gardens, windows, shingles, chimneys, flashing, etc.

Check with some of the target audience in your area and ask them what issues are important to them.

Flushing a hot water heater periodically will lengthen it’s life. Hmmm... maybe I should write an article about it?

Google other blogs on the topic and pull from their ideas.

Write about what you know. If  you have done property management and maintenance, you should have a wealth of material based on your experiences.

I googled "besmove" (refuse to click on links posted by anonymous) and it is a property management company in  London, UK. It  has a property management website which includes a blog so you should be able to get plenty of ideas from those in your company.

Since you are in a different country, maintenance needs will be specific to that area, climate, type of housing , etc. so your best bet is to contact your local customers and write on topics of interest to them.

And if you want to establish yourself as an expert in your field, you will need to post your name and photo as well as a complete profile.

I would suggest not posting about what you don't know about. Try thinking about a guest blog from an expert who knows what they are talking about.

The content can change significantly based on location.

Of interest to landlords is spending as little as possible. Hmmm, maybe the blog title could be 'Duct Tape: the landlord essential."

Search keywords and other forums and find out what landlords are asking about the most.

I would suggest reading more blogs in here on the subject.
