I speak with many FSBO's and it is rare i will bring a buyer to them as it is 100 times more work and stress. I do find many fsbo sellers who have not been able to sell and they are referred to me to list. I share many of those stories in my blog

Last time I saw a sign FSBO For sale outside our brokerage with 350 agents across the street.  A day later it has a rider on it-"No realtors or missionaries".

A few days later, on apiece of paper pending w/o realtor.  Multiple offers and sold.
