I had to Google this and it seems this 7.0 Contract is specific to Illinois so it really has no bearing on those of us outside that State. What do you think about it? It could be a blog post.

We just had a workshop on the Multi-board 7.0 contract for Northern Illinois.  I haven't actually written a contract using it, yet... but so far it seems to be mostly "maintenance" changes... I'm leaning toward liking it... but ask me again in 90 days.
