Then you can decide who to reach out to for an interview and see if they will.

I would be interested, however the concept of investing is so broad. I list and sell bank owned homes which is an incredible investment. I buy, fix and sell homes which is a great investment. I also list apartment buildings which can be a great investment but can also be a lot of work, Private message me if you like and see if i can help

Perhaps it would be worthwhile to describe the type of properties your company currently manage. If your intent is to migrate towards single family homes or work with multi-location complexes, it would prove beneficial in getting the right folks to raise their hand.

Investment opportunities in real estate run the spectrum that includes non-performing notes, lead selling enterprises, unintended landlords, cell tower leasing, tax certificates, HOA acquisition, probate, non-conforming and of course owning and renting single family homes. The highest profit, as suggested in my opening statement, is selling dreams to the unsuspecting. Real Estate Brokerages do this ALL the time and the churn keeps the real estate industry afloat. So, the REAL money is made by the middle man. Investment 101.

That is why 'risk none of your own money' and 'assigned' go hand-n-hand.

What aspects of investing?  Buy and hold?  SFR Rentals?  Fix & Flip?  Wholesaling?  Multi-Family Rentals?  Commercial?  Industrial?

I have experience in some of these areas and am always looking for some good press and backlinks.  I may be willing to help if it's an area I can provide value on.  I've been interviewed a few times on other subject for Realtor magazine and such, because of the Q&A section here, so I'm not opposed to it.
