I know that I only go to the office when I have to.  Of approx 70 agents and 3 locations, there are about 6 who work out of the office on a consistent basis.  I prefer my home office.  

My broker is maintaining a very impressive brick and mortar place which I often use for meet ups. Such an edifice is visual evidence for the typical consumer to see I am involved in a REAL business.

90% of getting business done occurs in other places.

Most work from their own office but they stop in from time to time. I like having my own private space and always have. 

My actual office is an hour from my home. I almost always work at my home office.

I may see one or two a week ho drop by for a visit, otherwise all of them work from home.

We have two market centers and two business centers in our group with a total of close to 500 people, hard to tell how many are at the offices, at home, or running around getting it done.

Aprox 70 agents - at least 50% work from home.

I've worked from my home for 20 years, although I've hung my license with various companies who have provided me with desk/office space which I never really used. As for how many in my office work from home versus the office, hard to say. But I suspect it's a minority who work at the office.

We have two office locations. Most of the full time agent come in regularly and have a good knowledge of the pulse of the current market.

In just about every office in SFBA, weekdays just a few in each office. The freeways will be closed if all realtors show up in these offices popping at every corner. We have 35,000+ in our county; and have ~125,000+ realtors in SFBA. 

On the weekends, there are a some hanging around. Some stayed briefly getting ready for open house. A couple stayed often resulted from having a dispute with their spouses at home. Have seen suitcase ready. Black eye on the face etc. Even stayed there for the holidays. Warmer than inside their cars.

Few agents ever come to our office.

I work from office. 

We have the key from the office and each of us have a personal alarm code. Access to the office 24/7.

This is the 5th consecutive question asked. 

I have 2 active agents, and I'm the only one that is ever in the office. 

At one point I had 32 agents under me. 2007 took care of those who can produce on their own and those who I had to hand leads to. Changing times does not mean we are tied to a desk or office any longer and i love it. 

No brick and mortar here. I work from my office at home.

8 and 1  and the 1 comes to the office to do contracts

I love our office & it's location. I do need to meet people there on occasion but I prefer working from home base.

we have an office building owned by the Broker/Owner.... I have a private office and work out of both home and the office.... mostly from home!!

The office I just left had around 80 total brokers, but probably only around 15-20 work from the office.
