This year, it's about 1,000 miles per month but I've had more listings than I usually do.  My heavy "buyer years," I'm probably doubling that number!

It varies.  I do track all business miles.  I have it on my list of things to do to capture my ending mileage at the end of the day today ... I always have beginning mileage and ending mileage.

I remember years when 4,000 to 5,000 a month was normal. Now a third of that is more likely.

I don't know monthly, but on an annual basis it's about 7,500 miles.
