I was 58 when I closed on my last listing.... and turned everything over to my team member.... 

now, I call what I do semi-retirement.... I spend more time than I should be I have alot to say!!!  so why not say it.... maybe someone can make some adjustments to the way they market.....

and that was 14 years ago....
