Real Geeks does not sell leads. They provide you with a set of tools so you can generate the leads yourself. You get a website, CRM, social media tools, etc.

You'll have to add content and SEO your website, like any other website. 

Their websites are very fast and convert well.

You just have to work at it to make a site worth of visiting and worth of ranking (SEO).

Some are favorable these tell you to watch out unless you are equipped....

Sorry, I don't. I think I've heard they are quite expensive. It's not as far as I know anyone generating leads... you are buying leads. Spend the money generating your own leads instead.

I don't. There are numerous companies that provide similar, so i would do more research before buying into any system like this.

            I might use Real Geeks for IDX, but I would not buy leads from them (or from anybody else). 

         As for valuation, market reports, etc. you can get them from NAR RPR, cost is included in your membership.

I've never purchased leads Jerry Osser . There is nothing better then creating your own and you do that through your Shere Of Influence and getting out in the community and shaking hands. When I started my RE business in Minot I had just moved here and did not know a soul, yet though community service and just getting oput and about I built a successful brokerage.

I've always produced my own listing leads.... offline marketing shakes that fruit from the tree..

buyers are found online.... my team members don't work with buyers unless they are their sellers who are buying another home locally.....

I haven't found one with sufficent ROI to use.

I don't use them but I don't think they Sell Leads I think they sell/rent your their online websites and marketing so you should probably search for websites that they have made for agents.. contact a couple dozen of those agents and ask them if they are willing to share their experiences and if they are generating business for the costs...

I invested in a Real Geeks site 4-5 years ago, and see LOTS of activity monthly.  You do have to create good content, and keep it current.  

Short cuts paid for with hard earned money.

Not us, but I see they are involved in a heavy advertising spam effort right now.

From what I understand, Real Geeks doesn't provide or sell any leads.. but they do sell marketing services for google, FB and craigslist for a steep price.
