A great question for your trusted lender to discuss specifics. I can count on one hand the number of VA loans for a purchase where I have been involved. That's a shame. But it's reality.

Oh, how funny! I JUST posted a blog with the new limits, Hella!

FHA limits are going from $294,515 to $317,400.

VA loan limits are going from $453,100 to $484,350.

Conforming/conventional loan limits are rising from $424,100 to $484,350.

We are in the high price area, Hella M. Rothwell, Broker/Realtor®. So... $679,650 for 2019. Pity is that there are very few offers made with VA financing since other options have fewer restrictions.

Yes it increased 6.9% Northern CA VA LOAN limits.

Have not seen a mortgage here less than $1M for awhile.  So $726,525 is not going to even get anyone interested in selling...... Most 1 br condo selles more than the limit.
