I feel like......Oh Cristmas tree Oh Christmas tree... but work has been so busy...

  I got married in December.  Our 33 year anniversary is coming up in a couple of weeks.

Each day is important.  Treat them as such. December.  March too. The others as well. 

Can't bank on Hope Steve Penner . December and January were always two of my strongest months although most agents in my town just hang it up and relax those two months. In fact many move South in December and come back in late March or Early April to resume their "career".

I like December personally, as I really enjoy the Christmas season.  Business wise, sometimes it is slow and sometimes it is booming and I definitely prefer when it is booming, haha.

It's another month, albeit a colder one.

I don't really think of any particular day, week or month in terms of beginnings or ends (or anything in between).  I try to live each day with hope, joy and faith.  Every day is special.

I like all the months and I really like the holidays! I'm having a blast doing Christnas things as well as getting business closed before end of year. It's been cloudy and rainy in Phoenix so it even feels more like the holidays! Plus - everyone I run across is in a good nood - cheers!

I love the month of December....always my best in business...... personally, it's Christmas...my favorite holiday....Christmas Eve is at my house....

I was going to cruise to Christmas, but work has been busy.

I always play it by ear - some years are very busy at this time, others are not.  I enjoy my time off when I can take it!

It is always a great month personally and professionally.

I would prefer the entire month off as I have much to attend to in Decembers

We spend a lot of time in Florida especially in December so business, pleasure, and the holiday is all part of it.

Professionally:

December is a busy month business wise. However, of greater importance is to make the time to acknowledge the CHARACTER of those I know in a personal correspondence.

Personally:
Rejoice that I have those in my life I know well enough to see and appreciate their character and those attributes of their lives that make them so uniquely special. I am blessed, blessed indeed.

December is another month for me to work with lots of interruptions. Not taking the month of but traveling to see family among other interruptions.

Closings can be very difficult around Christmas. I have one closing the day after and all the pre-Christmas work is causing a few headaches for the various trades and serves involved.

I prefer to take in the season and spend time with family but we also have the duty to represent and serve.

TOP priority is to wrap up the final 18 professional videos in production.

December is no different than any other month for me.  It might be a little colder and sometimes wet ... but otherwise,  business as usual. 

No let up, in my neck of the woods.

I love that Steve! I would change the word 'hope' to 'make' though - we are responsible for making our own dreams/wishes come true, right?!!

I love every day I wake up, but December's got it's charm- Christmas is the highlight, it's also my Birthday month & the time when NAR sends me that nice $1,200 + bill. Don't sit around long, it will be done before you know it. At this busy time of the year, make it a December to remember.

We are loading December up with many events in training, since it seems many buyers are already in Holiday Mode

Normally the market slows, i enjoy closing all of falls sales and i head South for a pre Christmas tan. This year i am listing like a mad man and homes are selling quite steady still. 

December has a few holiday interruption's but business as usual!

Funny I am lookin into work for 2019 already1

I do relocation, and USUALLY have buyers coming into town.  Not so much this year.   Visiting clients, taking classes, finalizing my year.

Here is what is on my list:

1. Continue marketing to find out who is in the market for now and right after the 1st of the year.

2. Build my email list for next year (I am behind on this).

3. Launching 2 new real estate websites - one for distressed property owners and one general real estate site.

4. Planning for next year. Establishing goals and planning to reach those goals.

December is just another month with a holiday in it.

Work hard to get deals wrapped up, keep your listing inventory up and don't ever think real estate stops over the holidays or in winter. Life does not stop. Have a birthday, the family celebrations, a daughter with a birthday and love the decorations, holiday festivity!

I feel cold personally.  Work I feel great about as I am super busy.
