our MLS fees are monthly.  As a broker I pay more than $100 to each I'm a member of plus additional fees for my agents. These fees range from $11 to $20 in the different organizations.  Supra... have one agent still with a display key paid annually, most have ekeys paid monthly and it's 16 bucks and change.
