Very consistent pricing and no big reductions.

Rum, eggnog, price reductions. Delish! No, not seeing them here. Yet. Will find out how the winter went by the end of next month. I'm sure the sales will be about 10% lower than summer.

Minor drops on a few listings. The majority of agents here market price homes upfront to avoid having inventory sit on the market unnecessarily.

December is a time of great opportunity for home buyers.

I hope it works for them, must have been a poor showing for Black Friday.

 "New price" and "Reduced price" on a few OPL's.   But nothing like 20 to 30 percent.

I have not seen reductions of that magnitude in my neck of Santa's woods!

We are experiencing price reductions in my market as well.

I'm seeing nothing this severe in our market but, we are seeing more reductions than in recent years. I think that it's primarily a result of sellers (and their agents too) trying to continue to push the envelope on sales prices.

Call it greed, call it whatever. If priced right, there are buyers on the prowl - even in December!

I only shop at Menards Kevin J. May and I have not seen anything that made me drop everything and head to the store.... yet.

Top school very desirable neighboorhood lost -12% from Mar to Nov 2018. Avg price is back to Oct 2017; Sold/asked dropped from 120% to 104%, # offers dropped to few from a lot.

Avg school and 30+ min commuting lost -10% from Mar to Nov 2018. Avg price increase is 1% YTY; Sold vs asked dropped from 110% to 102%. No of offers is just a few.

We are seeing numerous price reductions but less than 10%.

Then there is the listing that started at $198,000 with the nearest comp being over $400,000. That property was increased to $298,000 two days later. A blatant attempt to create a bidding war in a market in which there are no longer bidding wars.

What's annoying is when you buy something at say 50% off and think it's a great deal only to learn in the next few days that the same item is not 60 or 70% off.

we've been experiencing price adjustments for several months.... sellers are understanding there has been a correction in the market....they need to be at market price!!

Sellers are patient and waiting for the Snowbirds, then the Spring Training, then the vacationers , then the move before school starts. With nearly 350,000 new residents a year, Florida sellers would not be described as impatient.
