Mine asks me what counties I want to short code too. You might make sure those are off, then try your state & see if you can go from there. I believe that you can do it for anywhere in the U.S. on RPR.

Realist is on my MLS, has nothing to do with NAR.

I do not know what you will have access to but go to Realist and log in and start searching.  I use title profile - gets me all U.S. data.

We have a system called Wirex that allows us to see mls listings throughout the state, except for one board that does not cooperate yet.

My Realist allows me access to 12 counties in NY State. If you go to the "Change Region" link you will see the areas you have access to. You cannot access other areas outside of whatever is listed.

I would go to the county records to get 99% of that information. It depends on how good your area's online records are. Ours is spectacular.
