About a year ago we talked to someone who was buying leads for a whole year from realtor.com.  She was disillusioned.  She had a few buyer bites, but nothing led to an actual deal...

Back in 1999 we bought premier spots on Realtor.com. We stopped in 2002. We did get 3 really good leads - but that was all because of our listings, and it was back in the day... 

Nowadays- no way will I pay for leads from them. None of our clients ever get good leads from them.
