I echo Debe Maxwell, CRS comment.  Realbird gets a lot of traction. You may not realize there is a rental category.  As we discussed, I would also put it on the MLS.  I wish you all the best with the rental listing.

Most agents here don't do rental leases since property managers are not required to be licensed. Our MLS supports rental listings but it is very uncommon. Most use Craigslist.

Here is the thing with CL. It has a great reach, but SO MANY SCAMMERS. I love using the MLS as it has a great reach and i believe local rentals reach out to local people. There is many local FB sites and the old stand by the local paper whoch posts on their news web sites
