Although sometimes in San Diego, living in a manufactured home park means coastal living! That would cost a few million more for a brick & mortar (or stucco and wood as it were).

I have sold manufactured doublewides in my community for more than $300,000.  Currently the price is around $250,000 on owned land.  We haven't currently got a lender that does them on leased land.... so those sell for less.

Off water prices vary from $40,000 to 93,000. in the last few months (with land)

I have sold them, i have also bought them, removed them and placed new ones. I have done parks, leased land and many on their own land. Currently buying them now on their own land where we recycle them to sell the land to a stick home builder . The land is Worth far less with the mobile home attached.
