Outside our home there has been a property for sell for $15M since 1980s. It belonged to 30 investors.  I imagine the original owners many are gone....

Yes, we have lots in Arizona (Scottsdale & Sedona mainly). Given that they typically don't hold value, it would be the worst "listing" an agent could take (in fact, here is an article on that topic - https://activerain.com/blogsview/5124690/the-worst-listing-a-real-estate-agent-could-ever-take).
