In all seriousness though, yes I have a hazard mitigation plan in place that covers the most likelly emergencies to happen and takes into account if I'm at the office or at a property.

and if something happens to me, they could prepare the newspaper and postcards.... no one blogs or uses realbird.... but they will get business from offline marketing....

I do have a plan as that is how we stay proactive in our lives.  My husband has his Real Estate License as well and should anything happen to me, he will be able to handle my business.  Also, we collectively have spoken to our adult children and they too have some type of understanding on what needs to be done.
