For my the question is why technology companies do not have a simple sample site to try without being hammered on by sales people when we inquire? I would like to shop, explore and test technology without getting 10 calls in a day and without 24 emails in 2 days.

My question is: Is there a website builder I can use that I do not need to know any code (even HTML) and I can build the pages 100% on my own in the same fashion I use MS Publisher where I can drag and drop pictures anywhere I want, add text boxes anywhere I want, add embedded videos and audio, jpegs, giffs, etc, etc... Morgan Taylor ?

Is there an easy way to implement direct RETS feeds onto a website in lieu of using an IDX provider? Probably more of a statement then a question since I suspect the answer depends on what each individual MLS provides.

Which "tool" is recommended to test/check website performance (GTMetrix, Pingdom, etc.) and which provides the least number of false positives (i.e. GZip is often found as missing even when in-place)?

Which WP Cache Plugins actually work and do not interfere with other plugins (WP Rocket, W3 Total Cache, WP Super Cache, something else)?

Which hosting company provides the best bang for the buck (speed, ease of use, etc.)

Questions about website technology! Now that is a 'cosmic" request. Well, I do have a question.

1. Who can I contact for enterprise wide POD system?

2. When considering a new implementation, what is the deciding factor for choosing an APP or a Website?

3.Are all website hosting companies the same? What 'qualities' should I look for in a good hosting company?

4. As a real estate agent should I be library oriented (giving information away) or response focused?

5. Do you think this Internet thing will catch on?

PS: this is actually a good question. Such a question can provide you exceptional guidance regarding your next six months of blog material. And agents who can, will give a hint regarding what's on their mind.

I think a great question would be 'What do you expect your website to do?"  For this question to be beneficial. give a few suggested responses otherwise you get deflated responses.

OF course EVERYONE will respond, "Generate leads!"  And there is your next six months of blog material since lead generation actually is the outcome of intended purpose as juxtaposed with the practice of accidental real estate.
