MLS takes 30, Sotheby's 40 plus walk thru floorplans and drone videos.   I have extra photos of garages, furnaces, plumbing, electrical, etc that I send privately.  Limited to 1000 characters in mls description but I can paint a picture with words elsewhere.

 Our MLS allows close to 100 but I personally still loyal to my belief: less is more. Choose your best images, no one has time to look at 100.
