There are a good many groups like this out there. I'm like you, I'd rather be involved in IG real estate groups than simply 'generic' groups, although the 'likes' do help boost your account, regardless of the 'liked' photos.

I have not encountered such groups ... I am on Instagram but have not really spent alot of time there ... didn't see the point.

This is a good way to get likes on your posts. I don't know of any that are real estate specific. 

I would also say that using each others hashtags in the comments will help too.

Yes, I have heard of them and have participated in a couple over the last year. They can be effective but really need like-minded folks involved who will take the time to regularily promote the content of others. It helps if those in the groups are consistently sharing quality photos too.

I wasn't aware of these channels, just more the paid likes services.  I'm not big into IG, but wouldn't mind spending a few minutes liking photos for likes in return.  I do suspect that IG will eventually shut these down though.
