I was in the middle of a wealth building seminar with over 100 of our agents today when it went off, the room got very noisy with that many phones going off, not all at the same time but straddled over a half hour period.

This was more about the President being able to directly send a message out in an emergency. It was sent via all cell phone providers as well as radio, got to bring things into the 2018. Not sure about TV since I do not have it turned on...
